LAKELAND, Florida -- Dr. Rick Piatt, pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Lakeland, was featured in a May 7 article in the Lakeland Ledger newspaper. Entitled, "Lakeland Pastor Uses Menagerie in Ministry," the article highlights the way Dr. Piatt has been able to use his backyard "zoo" of monkeys, snakes, and other reptiles to share the gospel. The Price Is Right for What's In The Bag!
SEBRING, Florida -- Close to 80 women attended the SBF Ladies' Retreat held at Camp Sparta in Sebring. The retreat theme was "What's In The Bag?" Games, skits, and Bible study revolved around what ladies typically carry around with them -- their purse or handbag. Guest speaker Emily Pausley taught from Galatians 2:20. Martha Fogle with the Lord
SEBRING, Florida -- Martha Fogle, a veteran pioneer missionary who served in Africa for over forty years, went to be with the Lord on March 27, 2012 at the age of 95.
