Retirement Celebration for Rev. Merle Vunk at Faith Baptist, Lake City

A special retirement service will be held for Rev. Merle Vunk, celebrating his 25+ years of ministry at Faith Baptist Church in Lake City, Florida.  Pastor Vunk was initially called to the church 1986 as a missionary pastor under Baptist Church Planters.  He served for 23 years as the solo pastor of the chuch, and for the past two years as co-pastor with Rev. Ben Kurz.  

Pastor Vunk is not planning on leaving Faith Baptist Church after his retirement, but plans to stay and serve in an active lay capacity.
